A: Yes. For any special requests like this, including a specific assortment of chocolate flavors, email us at specialorders@turtletreats.com with your order number and we will accommodate your request.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: Shipping costs vary by the weight of your order. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. If you live in Jacksonville, Florida, you can avoid shipping costs by using our “Will Call” option. We will arrange a time convenient for you to pick up your Turtle Treats.

Q: Can I place an order online?

A: Yes! Choose Our Treats in the menu bar and you'll be connected to our online shopping cart.

Q: What credit cards do you accept?

A: Turtle Treats uses MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover at our online store.

 

Q: What carrier/methods do you use to ship?

A: Turtle Treats uses either FedEx or UPS to ship via 2-day priority. This assures that our products will arrive to you fresh. For any special requests, please contact us directly at 904.504.6886 or at customerservice@turtletreats.com


Please note that there is a "Will Call" option for anyone living in Jacksonville, Florida. A delivery/pick-up time can be scheduled by calling or emailing us at customerservice@turtletreats.com.

 

Q: How long do your products stay fresh?

A: Our Turtles may be kept up to two (2) months from date of purchase and our popcorn up to two (2) weeks from date of purchase. Turtle Treats Caramel Sauce will have an expiration date on the jar
